Advanced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: We are now offering advanced BJJ on Tues & Thurs from 5:30 - 7p. Advanced BJJ is only opened to students who are ranked as a blue belt and up. This replaces No Gi BJJ but fear not there will be No Gi classes taught but they will be specially scheduled and notice will be given in advanced.
